A three-year set of financial information is translated into ratios and trends, which form the basis of the quantitative score.
The quantitative score assesses different pillars:
The quantitative score is supplemented with additional insights, based, among other items, on the company track record, outlook or supply chain vulnerabilities. Adding the qualitative assessment leads to the ‘stand-alone score’.
Support or guarantees from related entities or governments, country and industry risk are incorporated to generate the final model score.
All results are represented in a clear overview, showing all underlying results. Based on the resulting rating, an analyst can provide and document an override if necessary. The ratings follow a recognizable rating scale.
